Slow & Steady
I went to buy the DOFP Blu-Ray yesterday and I watched it - maybe it's the third time charm, but I almost kinda liked it, in a way. Or maybe all the meta written about Erik & Raven since then has mellowed my views? I don't know, but I didn't get that visceral sense of disappointment that I got the first two times in the movie theater. Not that I want to write any fic about it, still. (maybe Hank/Alex or Hank/Logan, at most)
Alright, in all fairness, one of those times was pretty annoying despite the movie, because next to me sat two teenagers, and the guy kept explaining every detail to the girl, who couldn't care less and kept text messaging someone every five minutes. Gah! Go sit in the park bench children, you can text and talk all you want + it's free and you get fresh air! Goddamn.
Still battling to get that 850 word count everyday - and I've tried to plan characters and give them names for the NaNo project, + I'm almost finished my Dirty Talk -story for KB. I decided that either that my missing two stories get finished before the end of the year, or I just post the stories I have on Amnesty and be done with it.
Ultimatums, that's what my muse seems to react to - she's a glutton for punishment, that little tart!
