This feels like an achievement!

I regularly check X-Men: First Class Fanfiction tumblr page, where they rec and search for fics. For some reason I've always hoped one of my fics would appear there but so far it haven't happened. Until today! :D

Anon was searching for Path and they linked to it, with a short comment even! I have to admit, I made a little happy noise.

I don't know why it means so much. Maybe it's because I rarely see my fics recced (they might be, or not, I don't know, I've never seen). I was pretty stoked last year when my Yuletide fic got recced twice, after all. Whatever the reason, stupid or not, seeing my nic there made me really happy!

Speaking of happy, I got some lovely gifts in Fandom_Stocking, good wishes for the new year and several suggestions for books to read and music to listen. And beautiful Peggy Carter icons! When I get my Moira/Peggy story finished, I'll post it with one those icons, they were so nice.

Everything is fine and happy then, if only my writing was moving on with a better pace. I've been bit stuck, but I'm hoping it will get better soon. One word at the time!
