The end is the toughest hurdle
Sep. 2nd, 2015 08:15 amSo close to the course to end, oh gosh. Tomorrow is the big day, the Feedback Conversation - it's mainly me talking about what I've learned, what I did during the internship, then my internship supervisor gives her piece, another employee gives her take, add some paperwork and voila! Done.
Except I have to write a self-evaluation for that, and darn I hate writing these. Does anyone like writing these? It's a pain in the ass, that's what it is. Not because I can't come up with something to say, but because every time I've written one, I've been made feel stupid. And there's nothing I hate more than made to feel stupid. Gah.
And it's especially grating when I don't like our course leader / teacher and I don't trust her at all to be on my side. I can just tell she's going to attack me from that self-evaluation part of the discussion.
Gah! And I still have to write that darn evaluation.
